Intellectual property activities have progressed with the completion of a draft set of claims for both UK and PCT patent applications.

The current claims are designed to comprehensively protect the formulation, the microfluidic production process, and the associated manufacturing methods.

In addition, further platform level claims are under internal review to broaden the scope of protection and strengthen long term commercial positioning.
